How do you clean the oven?
Warm Water with detergent to wipe down the stainless skin.
Vegetable / Olive Oil to wipe down the actual oven.

Will my oven be just as awesome in winter?
All ovens are fully insulated meaning that the oven will maintain its heat no matter what the temperature is on the outside.
Because of the awesome heat radiated from the ovens, they are normally used every week throughout winter.
Will my oven rust?
The Kiwi Outdoor Oven is made from Corten Steel - a weathering steel which is designed to surface rust creating a protective layer. Our ovens are painted with a black fire paint which we protect with olive oil, however the paint can be reapplied if desired.
