Change is in the air, the daffodils are out, there are lambs in the paddocks and it is time to prepare, in anticipation of many great days / nights with friends and family who will be gathering for a Kiwi Outdoor Oven feast.
Any change in season is a great opportunity to give The Kiwi Outdoor Oven a bit of a spring clean:
1. Oil the outside with vegetable oil. Contact us if you would like to touch up with any paint $35 per can.
2. If the oven has been unused for a few months, set a fire and heat it up slowly to dry the bricks out.
3. Bring the heat up to approximately 450 degrees to burn off any excess food and clean the pizza stones
4. Shine the stainless steel - we use 3M Scotch-Brite Stainless Steel Cleaner and Polish.
Sit back and enjoy your outdoor feast with your friends and loved ones, then the outdoor fire late into the night.
