New Zealander's love bread, it is part of our DNA and bread in The Kiwi Outdoor Oven is so good that we no longer purchase bread if having people over, we just put a loaf in 1 hour before dinner and serve it hot.
Years ago at school we were taught to make a cheese plaited loaf and I have always liked that plaited bread is always easy to break off to enjoy. I was trolling through the internet to find a plaited cheese bread for a weekend lunch and came across a recipe to test out.
Easy to make with the cheese crisping up beautifully in the oven, the bread will cook within 35 mins. Add butter and enjoy.
